Investing in capacity and efficiency

The company has invested in better equipment, closer coordination between planning and production, and improved processes to increase efficiency and capacity. These changes have already led to higher productivity and support continued growth while maintaining quality.

Over the past year, we have made strategic investments to expand our production capacity and further optimise operations in the production hall. Part of the office, including production planning, has been moved to a newly built facility next to the production hall. With this new office extension, the distance between planning and production has been reduced. Bringing these departments closer together allows us to respond more quickly, communicate more easily, and make decisions faster. This helps us manage the production process more efficiently and effectively.

Expansion of our lathe capacity

Another important investment is a new lathe with a machining length of up to seven metres, which is two metres longer than our previous machine. This expansion enables us to machine larger bars with high precision and significantly increases our technical capabilities. After more than 20 years of reliable service, we have said goodbye to our old lathe, marking an important step forward in both quality and production capacity. In addition, a new ABUS crane has been installed in the production hall, making the handling of piston rods safer and more efficient.

Focus on efficiency and planning

Our investments are already delivering clear results. At the start of 2026, we see a 29% increase in coating hours compared to the same period last year. For comparison, in 2025 we already achieved a growth of 14% compared to 2024.
